Let’s take your 5-a-day for example.
To achieve 5 a day:
1 Person = 35 portions per week 🍇
2 People = 70 portions per week 🍉
3 People = 105 portions per week 🥭
4 People = 140 portions per week 🥑
This may sound like a lot, but it is actually very simple if you plan it out.
Today, for example, I could have an orange and grapes for snacks. I could have a beautiful mushroom and tomato omelette for breakfast, homemade butternut squash soup for lunch, and a homemade beef burger with sweet potato wedges dinner.
In just this one day you could be getting up to 6 portions of your 5 a day 🥕
