Don’t be disheartened by the scales

It is time to stop weighing yourself. There is no bigger motivation killer than the scales. The scales do not measure your:

Get rid of those scales, take progress photos to help you see the changes you’re making, and most importantly, ask yourself, do I feel happier, do I feel stronger, do I feel fitter?
