Breakfast Super-Shake šŸ“Ideal fuel for intense exercise

  • 100ml full-fatĀ milk
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1Ā banana
  • 150g frozen fruits of the forest
  • 50gĀ blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ā½ tspĀ cinnamon
  • 1 tbspĀ goji berries
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tspĀ honeyĀ (ideally Manuka)

Method:Ā šŸ„„

  • Put the ingredients in aĀ blenderĀ and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass.
