A bad day can be made better by exercising 🏃

Its pouring with rain outside but dont let that get you down 💦 🌧️ ☔️

It’s very easy to look for excuses not to exercise…

It is okay to give yourself the day off if you’re super busy or not feeling very well

BUT, dont let little things like the weather put you off or get you down

Make a rule at the start of the week for yourself (e.g. No matter what I will exercise 3x this week)

Get out there and seize the day!
